🔧 Faulty Goods
If your goods arrive faulty, please follow these steps:
- Complete the return form enclosed with your order.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of receipt.
- Pay the return postage and send by recorded delivery so you have proof of posting.
Repair or Replacement
- We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault).
- If the item is in stock, we will replace it immediately.
- If not, we will issue a credit note or refund, including postage.
- Postage will not be charged on replacement or repair of faulty goods.
😕 Unhappy With Your Goods
If you are not satisfied with your goods upon receipt:
- Complete the return form enclosed with your order.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of receipt.
- Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
