🔧 Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive faulty, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the return form enclosed with your order.
  2. Send the goods back within 14 days of receipt.
  3. Pay the return postage and send by recorded delivery so you have proof of posting.

Repair or Replacement

  • We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault).
  • If the item is in stock, we will replace it immediately.
  • If not, we will issue a credit note or refund, including postage.
  • Postage will not be charged on replacement or repair of faulty goods.

😕 Unhappy With Your Goods

If you are not satisfied with your goods upon receipt:

  1. Complete the return form enclosed with your order.
  2. Send the goods back within 14 days of receipt.
  3. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
